Every project is governed by a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline and payment schedule. Where a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal applies.

Changes to agreed scope are quoted separately before work continues.

Projects typically begin with an advance payment, with remaining instalments tied to agreed milestones. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.

On full payment, ownership of the delivered project files transfers to the client. We retain rights to underlying tooling, libraries and reusable components.

We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
