Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project at any time in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.

Initial deposits cover discovery, planning and scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable once that work has begun.

Where payments exceed the value of work delivered, the balance is refunded within 14 working days of cancellation being confirmed.

Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — domains, licences, paid media — are not refundable.

Marketing, SEO and maintenance retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The current billing period is payable in full.
